Day 1: Arrival in Katunayake / Colombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport or at your hotel in Colombo, you will experience the warm hospitality of Sri Lanka. A representative from Sri Lanka Local Tours will welcome you and accompany you on a city tour of Colombo. Following this, you will consult with our Ayurvedic doctor, who will create a personalized treatment plan for you. All treatments will be arranged according to the doctor's recommendations. Afterward, you will check in to your hotel and unwind. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Ayurvedic Treatments

Your treatment session begins at 9:00 AM and includes a range of holistic therapies such as Shirodhara, synchronized body massages, and other Ayurvedic treatments designed to harmonize the Body, Mind & Soul. These treatments follow the principles of Panchakarma, a gentle yet effective healing process that helps balance the body's bio-energies (Doshas), detoxify the system, and enhance overall well-being. Under the supervision of Ayurvedic doctors, the treatments will not only cleanse and rejuvenate your body but also guide you toward a healthier lifestyle.

Day 3: Departure - Colombo to Airport

After breakfast, you will continue with your final treatments. Once your session is completed, we will arrange your transfer to either your hotel in Negombo or Bandaranaike International Airport, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.
