This beautiful waterway, along with the smaller Randombe Lake, forms a complex wetland ecosystem with high ecological, biological, and aesthetic significance. The river is home to approximately 303 species of plants and 248 species of vertebrate animals, making it a stunning place to explore.
During the boat ride, you'll discover the many mangrove islets and can observe the local inhabitants who produce peeled cinnamon and cinnamon oil.
After your boat ride, visit a Sea Turtle Conservation Centre, where you can learn about the efforts to protect these magnificent creatures. After a fulfilling day, return to your hotel to unwind.
